In the wake of Alito's confirmation, at least five states (Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, South Dakota, and Tennessee) are gearing up to outlaw abortions.
There's a proposed bill in Indiana that would make abortion illegal. Under the proposed bill, abortions would be legal only if the mother's life was in danger.
