William Stuntz's Misguided Theory of Privacy and Transparency

Harvard Law professor William Stuntz writes a remarkably frightening essay suggesting that the American government needs more privacy from its citizens, while American citizens need less privacy from their government.

His final assessment: "We have too much privacy, and those who govern us have too little."

Luckily, the linked article rips Stuntz's idiocy to shreds.
